9” Slicer

This knife is a whopping 9” slicer out of a Hitachi blue paper steel san mai billet. I used ironwood, walnut and brass for the handle. This is a pretty long blade but a tad bit shorter than the average Sujihiki which is usually around 9.5” in length or longer.
